Mosquitoes and Gender

There's this huge mosquito in the room with me. It's feeding on me, and I am feeding it. Four bites by my right elbow, three by my right ankle. He or she must be burping. Do mosquitoes burp? Is it politically correct to allow for the possibility that it is a female mosquito and not a male one as I assumed? Was it chauvinistic of me to assume it is a male mosquito? Is this line of thinking a waste of time?

LGBTQ... maybe needs an "S" at the end for Straight or “H” for “Heterosexual”. "N" for "Normal" would be too judgmental - So you think I am Abnormal or Subnormal, ey? What is the politically-correct way to refer to a member of a non-marginalized, non-taxonomized, non-discriminated-against group? "Average"? 

Perhaps the only way to have a social identity is to be marginalized or under- or even over-privileged. To be extreme to the point of being recognizably different from the invisible, undefined and unremarkable "Norm".

If I am such an average man, how come I have nipples? They are weird. I didn't lactate for either of my two sons. I am just one of the millions of male safeguardians of this secondary sexual characteristic. They are not for me, personally, but for the species' assurance of survival. If womankind became extinct for some reason (or by choice) the men would have a species-dictated drive to evolve their mammaries towards greater functionality.

Survival Value is defined by the next generation. If young people don't see the sense of doing what their ancestors did, then that part of culture-habit fades away. Furthermore, as technology evolves, so will the definitions and boundaries of being and experience.

Damned if the mosquito didn't start working on my left side. Two on the thigh and two low down near the shin.

If normal mosquitoes were deadly there would be no humans left to think about stuff like this. Turns out, only female mosquitoes feed on animals like us. They need the protein to make good eggs. Male mosquitoes are vegans.
